Rebecca's career has focused on policy related to vulnerable populations, nonprofit and public program evaluation, and data-driven decision making. As a member of the Social and Behavioral Sciences Department of FSPH, she provides evaluation support using qualitative methodology for a variety of federal and state grants, primarily focused on substance use.
