The Indiana University Fairbanks School of Public Health and the IU Simon Cancer Center invite highly qualified and motivated applicants to a postdoctoral fellow or research associate position. The candidate will work on research projects focused on the statistical and bioinformatics analysis of genome-wide RNA sequencing, DNA methylation, SNP array and other high-dimensional data. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in Statistics/Biostatistics, Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Environmental Health, Epidemiology or other relevant disciplines. Strong quantitative skills and practical experience working on high dimensional data are necessary and specific experience in using the R programming environment is essential.
