2021 Fall Restart Guidance
Indiana University has released new health and safety guidance for the upcoming fall semester that will be effective beginning August 1. This guidance includes details on the COVID-19 vaccine requirement for all students, faculty and staff, as well as lifting most restrictions on masking and physical distancing.
Dr. Babich Serves as Guest Editor for Special Issue, Call for Papers Open
Dr. Suzanne Babich is a Guest Editor for a Special Issue of Public Health Reviews, and the call for papers is now open. The call is for Reviews and Policy Briefs on "Transformational Public Health Education - building resilience and preparedness to post COVID19 future," and will be open until October 31, 2021. No abstract submission is required; authors should only submit their full manuscript.
Dr. Han to Review NCI Intramural Labratory of Translational Genomics
Dr. Jiali Han has been invited to be a site visit team member for the review of the NCI Intramural Laboratory of Translational Genomics on June 7-9, 2021. Congratulations Dr. Han!
COVID-25: Preparing for the Next Black Swan
On June 25 from noon-1pm, join the IUPUI Center for Translating Research Into Practice as they continue their Scholar of the Month Conversation Series. Professor Philip Cochran will virtually present, "COVID-25: Preparing for the Next Black Swan." Continuing Education Credits will be available.
Vaccinate Indy to Host Multilingual Registration Event
Vaccinate Indy is hosting a second vaccine registration day tomorrow, June 5 from 9am-5pm. Participants will be able to work with multilingual volunteers to get help with registering for the COVID-19 vaccine and get answers to their questions. During the last event, volunteers helped register 800+ individuals.
