Student Centered ECHO

About the Student-Centered ECHO

As of July 1, 2026 this page is no longer being updated

This ECHO program was for university students studying in health professions throughout Indiana.

Each session included an informative didactic presentation and a deep dive into an interactive, case-based discussion on practical applications in patient care. All sessions were held virtually via Zoom and were approximately two hours in length. The sessions allowed students to gain new knowledge, hone their skills, and collaborate across professions on topics related to serving communities and addressing their unique social determinants of health. The content covered helped inform and empower students in their future professional experiences.

Sharing lived experiences was a powerful part of this ECHO initiative. Our partners at Cultivating a Belonging Culture (CABC) provided participating students with evidence-based information rooted in authentic stories from the community.
