- Promote a sense of identification among its members and to encourage cohesiveness with the Richard M. Fairbanks School of Public Health Alumni Association.
- Connect alumni and current FSPH students.
- Assist in the placement and professional growth of fellow alumni.

The board of directors is made up of five to 19 alumni, which includes three officers (a chair, vice chair, and secretary/treasurer). Term lengths for directors are three years in length. Term lengths for elected officers are two years in length; terms can be renewed up to two times.
